Construction Liaison Portal for Holborn Viaduct
Royal London Asset Management is redeveloping the site at the south-eastern corner of Holborn Viaduct. The demolition of Kimberley House, Meridian House and 32-33 Farringdon Street has now been completed. The work to construct a new, sustainable office building is set to commence in Autumn 2024.
Royal London has appointed Erith Group to undertake the demolition phase of works, following which Multiplex will oversee the construction of the new building.
At present, Erith is responsible for management of the site. Neighbours and stakeholders will be informed when the handover will take place, and will have the opportunity to meet with staff from Multiplex who will be managing the site.
